Lifetime Warranty

Introduction 

Thank you for visiting our website. This page provides important information regarding the Warranty of your CASETiNO products. 

If you have any concerns regarding the order you received, please get in touch with our team within 30 days via email on care@casetino.com.au 

• The Lifetime warranty is provided by CASETiNO on all our products. 
• This warranty is provided to the original purchaser who purchased the product from our online store www.casetino.com.au or an authorised retailer of CASETiNO. 
• If you purchased from one of our authorised retailers, please contact them directly for any warranty-related claims. 

What does this Warranty cover? 

This warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship. 

How do I claim under the Warranty? 

To process a warranty claim, please email us your proof of purchase and images of the damaged product. Once we receive your request, we will send you a replacement product of similar value and design at no cost. 

What is NOT covered under this Warranty?

This warranty does not, under any circumstances, cover the following;

• Normal wear tear or misuse or modification of the product. 
• Drops 
• Theft or loss of product 
• Items not sold by us or our authorised retailers. 
• Installation failures 

*Please note that the natural yellowing of clear cases or leak of sand/bubbles in the neon sand cases over time is classified as daily wear and tear and not a manufacturing defect.

Australian Consumer Law 

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

CASETiNO reserves the right, at its discretion, to change, modify, or remove this warranty at any time. 

Consumer Guarantees have no set time limit but generally last for an amount of time that is reasonable to expect given factors including the cost and quality of the product or any representations made. 

Shipping 

On all warranty replacements, the customer is responsible for shipping charges. The replacement product will be shipped within 1-2 business days from the day of warranty approval.
